By accessing or using Wedrink.live ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. The Service involves alcohol-related social content. You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws in your jurisdiction regarding alcohol consumption. Wedrink.live does not sell, distribute, or supply alcohol.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent.
You retain ownership of content you create, stream, or share on the Service ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Wedrink.live a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. We may remove any User Content at our sole discretion without notice.

Streamers and room hosts are responsible for the content they broadcast and for moderating their rooms. Wedrink.live is not responsible for content streamed by users. Streams may be recorded, cached, or thumbnailed for operational purposes. We reserve the right to terminate any stream that violates these Terms.
The Service may offer virtual currency ("Coins") for use within the platform. Coins are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no real-world monetary value. Tips sent to streamers are voluntary and non-reversible. Wedrink.live is not responsible for disputes between users regarding tips. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the virtual currency system at any time.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed on the Service, please submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent at legal@wedrink.live including: identification of the copyrighted work, the infringing material and its location, your contact information, and a statement of good faith belief. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein. Live video, audio, and chat data may be processed in real-time to operate the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WEDRINK.LIVE DOES NOT ENDORSE, PROMOTE, OR ENCOURAGE ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION. ANY REFERENCES TO DRINKING ARE SOCIAL IN NATURE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEDRINK.LIVE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wedrink.live, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wedrink.live operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
